A little bit more about
Our History
Susamati arises as a result of the Biological Urban Sanitation (BUSP) project, funded by Via Water and carried out in Mozambique between 2016 and 2018, with the aim of studying sanitation solutions that would be effective for Mozambican communities. After its completion, a group of young people who were part of the project, led by the social entrepreneur Manuel Gungulo, decided to use the solution and expand it to solve the existing real problems, carrying it out as a social entrepreneurship business.
